Before I was a DJ or a dancer, I was a musician: playing piano, singing and arranging for vocal groups, and dabbling in guitar and music composition.

In college, I discovered dance. I found my way first to Ballroom then Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba before finally landing in Zouk where I fell in love with the movement and the music.

When the pandemic hit, I took the opportunity to learn to DJ. I found fun and joy early on, feeling that it leveraged many of my different background and passions. A few months in and I was hooked! I started posting sets online which slowly started gathering attention until, in 2022 exploding into a wave of event bookings across the US and Canada. Next up: the world!

In addition to music and dance I love technology, design, storytelling, and education (I grew up in a family of teachers, it is my curse to continue teaching). More recently, this has guided me to begin teaching DJ concepts, both through private lessons and larger “master classes”. Come nerd out with me!
